Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. Our reservation was not honored. We waited almost an hour to get seated and served. The room was packed with only a few servers. They were clearly understaffed. The table was dirty as was the restaurant overall. The bar lost our order. We got a free dessert out of this—but we should have gotten a free meal.

Ice Cold fries. Ice Cold veggies. Onion rings that had to be refried 3/4 times and were so hard you couldn’t bite them. Bbq ribs were ok but nothing special. The beer was cold. All in all absolutely terrible. Won’t go again….at least for ribs.

Good food and service. Too much noise due to screaming, yelling, and foul language from obviously drunk diners. Need to get a lid on this behavior.

It was a busy night. The host staff was very polite and patient. The food took a while (holiday weekend, and a large party) but the food was excellent and the waiter was awesome.

Dined here with a friend prior to attending Cirque du Soleil Kooza. I had the Brewhouse bowl and the handcrafted Orange Cream soda, my friend had the Blackened Salmon entree. We both enjoyed our meals. We shared a Strawberry Shortcake pizookie for dessert. The server, Mia, was friendly, attentive and efficient. The total tab with tax and tip came to just under $100.

BJ's is sadly in need of paint and clean up. Front door lots of chipping, needs paint, front lobby floor quite dirty. Floor in need of just a sweeping throughout the restaurant. Sad to see it declining, have been customers for years.

Broccoli was cold. Server tried twice to get it heated. One person in our party of 8 ordered a salad with chicken from the menu. She waited 10 minutes longer than everyone else for her meal.

Made reservations 2 weeks in advance!!! We were seated about 1 hour and 45 mins after our reservation. Also, my reservation was for 12 people. They tried separating us among 4 different tables. Why would they accept reservations only to treat as walkins. The manager was sweet and did accommodate us for the inconvenience. We did appreciate that.
