Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Service was slow and inattentive to our party of 8. Dined there several times previously and this was by far the most disappointing. Courses severed cold and requests for condiments etc were not responded to. Hoping just an isolated incident but will be less likely to dine there again.

Atmosphere was great, got seated in a side booth where there was less noise. Tried the house amber which was good, wife liked her cocktail. Pizza was a bit disappointing, advertised as Chicago style but not really, was only about halfway up the pan and the toppings were REALLY scattered. Our waiter was personable; had a lot of rain while we were there and had a drip by our seat, but we deployed an empty glass to reduce the splatter.

We’ve been to other BJ’s locations and find this one to be tired looking inside. Needs a refresh. Our service was great. She was super friendly and checked on us regularly to make sure we were good. Our soup was not hot but promptly returned and heated through. My husband had the seared tuna salad that was very tasty but sparse on the tuna. Great location if you need a menu with something for everyone.

Reservations and seating were great. Waiter so busy telling us he would return while giving us play by play of his chores at other tables. Burgers good. Clam chowder tasted out of can but bread bowl was delicious.

The hostess tried to sit 5 of us adults, with elderly people in a booth, when we requested for a table set up, it seemed to be a trouble. The restaurant was empty at 5 pm. They dropped our utensil set up, and didnt bring another set back. We had to ask several times and finally got up to get our own when the food arrived. The pepsi was overly high in syrup, the entree came out before our appetizers did. Had to follow up on our bar drinks initially as one of the guest already had their soup and salad. server was sweet but all in all, it was horrible.
