Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. My burger was very good as usual. Service was very slow but not the fault of my server. He had to cover entire bar and more than a dozen high tops and booths. Whether someone failed to show up for work or business better than expected, management should have jumped into service and handled the customers.

Food came on time. Wings appy were good. Tri tip not so good. Tuna was good.

I came in this past Saturday night around 9p with my family that came in town for a visit. It was pretty busy. I wanted to go somewhere else, but my in laws insisted we stay. The food was ok. My mother in law ordered a filet that came out overcooked. The manager Robert came to my table and immediately apologized. He also offered to recook the steak personally to make sure it was right. He even offered us a pizookie for the mistake. My wife and I definitely will be back to this location at the town center.

Made reservations for a SURPRISE birthday dinner. We arrived on time and was sat at the table by a waitress. 7 minutes later a manager told us we had to get up since the entire party was not there (even though they were literally parking). We explained it’s a surprise and we did not want to stand in the front where she could see us, which is why the waitress sat us. He became loud and unprofessional and stated its policy and we had to get up although his staff sat us. This was embarrassing and unprofessional. I only picked BJ in consideration of everyone budget and suggestions. I decided to take my money elsewhere and Coopers Hawk did an amazing job accommodating a last minute party!

We were a bit late. Traffic at the Town Center was quite busy for a Thursday afternoon. We were seated when we arrived & checked in at the front desk. We opted for a tall table at the bar. Megan was our server who was attentive & professional. Service was quick, but our entrees arrived before our appetizer (but it was half price since it was during Happy Hour so it kinda made up for the tardiness). Food was yummy, portions were perfect & we appreciated the military discount.

Our server Franki was awesome. She my my birthday dinner a success she was also polite and quick. I can’t wait to come back

Staff was friendly. Waiter was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Wide variety of food choices. Food was hot and very good. Desert was awesome. I will be back.

Our waitress was lovely, place was very busy but she still took good care of us. Host was a whole different thing though. He seemed to not care about his job, had his back facing the entrance, was not inviting, was on his phone and after we had been waiting for over 30 mins for a table he started sitting people that came in after us until i had to go up to him and ask what was happening. He almost ruined my date night with my spouse but our waitress definitely saved it

Felt like we waited forever for a drink. Took an hour and a half to get our food. My steak was rare.

Chicken sandwich was burned. French fries accompanying sandwich were not crisp. We were eating with young children so food was not sent back. Kids’ meals came later than adult meals; therefore adults meals became cold while waiting for kids meals to arrive. Asian salads were not as fresh as we have had before. We were disappointed. I had mentioned we were celebrating a birthday when I made the reservation. Nothing was mentioned or noted by waitstaff. That surprised me.
