Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. I asked for cheese for my sliders and never received it. Another guest asked for brussels sprouts with their meal never received it. Otherwise everything was fine.

Our waiter was Tyler. Very respectful, nice young man! He did an excellent job in anticipating our needs. This was just phenomenal. He was on time with our drinks, appetizer and meal, just outstanding service. Ask for him. The only thing that I think did not go well is that when we first entered, we had to wait at the front too long, even though there was no one in line and we had a reservation. Later, as we were being seated the other person seating us apologized and stated they were in a team meeting. My only thing is that you have one person, the front hostess hang around up front to seat people and take turns with the front house hostesses in attending these meetings. Meetings are great and shows they care about service because the food and server service was excellent! We waited for a few minutes, but that would not deter me from going there again.

Huge menu, something for everyone. I’ve had my birthday dinner here 3 years in a row now. Great for a date night or to accommodate a larger party. Wonderful beer and cocktail options. My personal favorites are the Parmesan crusted chicken and Jeremiah Red Ale. Always a great experience!

Love your food and the restaurant concept but this visit wasn’t the typical BJs experience. 1/2 my party’s food came out incorrect or missing something. 1 of the meals didn’t arrive until the rest of the table was done eating. Nothing was done to address this issue or concern. I believe that the sever was doing the best they could but couldn’t tell if the restaurant was understaffed or the kitchen itself was the issue but it wasn’t very busy when we initially arrived.

Our waitress was lovely, great service! The restaurant is very cool environment and perfect for our celebration with a large group.

My burger was very good as usual. Service was very slow but not the fault of my server. He had to cover entire bar and more than a dozen high tops and booths. Whether someone failed to show up for work or business better than expected, management should have jumped into service and handled the customers.

Food came on time. Wings appy were good. Tri tip not so good. Tuna was good.

I came in this past Saturday night around 9p with my family that came in town for a visit. It was pretty busy. I wanted to go somewhere else, but my in laws insisted we stay. The food was ok. My mother in law ordered a filet that came out overcooked. The manager Robert came to my table and immediately apologized. He also offered to recook the steak personally to make sure it was right. He even offered us a pizookie for the mistake. My wife and I definitely will be back to this location at the town center.
