Time counts at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we’ve continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ’s a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ’s to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back.

We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we’ve put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better.

So in many ways we haven’t just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. And it’s because of them we’re continually striving to make sure every moment they choose to spend with us counts.

My dinner started out with the waiter knocking over a full glass of ice water on to my lap along with glass as it shattered. No one came to help him and he was trying to clean it up and I asked if I could have a towel and he brought me a cloth napkin which did not help as I was soaked. I moved over in the booth as the entire side was sent and glass still on the floor. Still no one came to help. We had already placed our order and when our food arrived and I took a bite out of my pizza, I had to pull a long hair that was embedded in my pizza out of my mouth. I called the waiter over and said to just make me another one to go as I lost my appetite, but no hair please. When I got my bill, the pizza was not taken off my bill and only a kids meal for $8. The pizza was $16.79. I asked the waiter to adjust with all that happened to take the pizza off. He said his manager could only take the kids meal off? I then asked for the manager and she did end up taking the pizza off but we paid for all the rest of our meal (one other and two drinks). This entire bill should have been complimented under the circumstances. I will not be going back to this BJ's.

Great value, food and terrific service. Extra fun time due to the Dodger game. Crowd was very enthusiastic.

We were as soon as our reservation time was up. Obviously , BJ's is very popular. We seated in a spacious booth. The waiter was very polite and friendly.

The fact that Bussers bring bus tubs on floor and out on seats still shocks me. Throwing plates and silverware loud and bottom of tub on chair unsanitary. Filet was overcooked well done we ordered medium rare - prime ribs undercooked clearly filet was ready long before the entrees. Appetizer came to table before drinks - had to ask for silverware after halfway done with appetizer. Server says sorry I have a lot of tables?

Came and got the $13 pazzookie meal deal with bottomless soup and salad. Wife got the mini pizza with salad pazzokie deal. Well worth the value, but our server, Bonnie, was amazing. She was very attentive, friendly, and helpful with questions we had and suggestions. I couldn't make it thru to taste all the soup options so Bonnie was kind enough to give me a soup (that i didn't get to try) and salad to-go. Bonnie made our experience that much better.

Food was good, the pork chop was great as always. Prime rib was cooked to the right temp.

Food was okay. Spin dip served cold. Baby back ribs not very tender and had an odd flavor. Avocado egg rolls were good. Broccoli cheese soup really good. Salad was crisp and served nice and cold. Server was good, but very busy. Apps, salads, and entree served at the same time, even after requesting apps arrive before entree.

Except for forgotten silverware, It was great! Server was attentive and friendly — we appreciate how she checks on us from time to time. Had a bit of wait for our food but we kind of expected it. Overall our family had a nice Sunday dinner. A bit expensive for us, but food and service made it worth it. Thanks.
