Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. I ate at the same BJ's about a month ago and the atmosphere was pleasant. This time, the music was so loud that we had to almost shout across the table. The tri tip was a little dry. The asparagus was over salted, like last time. Maybe the chef could leave off the salt and let the customer add it as needed. Our waiter was very nice; however, there was a large table across from us that he had to serve as well, so we had to ask him two times on three different requests. I think he was a little overwhelmed.

Service was very slow. Our waters were never refilled. We barely saw our server.

Service was very poor. It took over 45 minutes to get our Main dishes.

We took our 100 yr old grandmother to dinner and had a great dinner. However, we had to wait for our food a little too long & asked our waitress if it was coming soon; She reassured us it was and it was delivered not too long afterwards. The four of us enjoyed our meals & the delicious Pizookie!

We always enjoy eating at our local BJ’s on Beach Blvd. The food never disappoints and the service is mostly excellent. Rarely do we have a server that isn’t efficient and personable. Our most recent visit was on Father’s Day. We were seated immediately and our server came quickly. The pace of our meal was perfect and the food was delicious. It can be a little noisy, though.

We had a reservation and arrived 10 minutes early. We checked in and were asked to wait to the side. I saw 5 groups of people walk in and were seated without waiting who did not have a reservation. Once we were sat and received out drinks the server never returned. Our appetizers came out the same time as our meal. We were not asked if we needed anything until our food was gone. We eat at this restaurant often and this was not a good experience.

The wait time was very long. We made a reservation for 8 pm and did not get seated until 40 minutes later. Hostess were no help all they kept telling us was that out table was getting cleaned. Our waiter was very different he was on top of our table and even though they were busy he had amazing service. Overall ok experience

Our server, Heidi was excellent. She was pleasant,courteous and very attentive. The helpers were excellent as well.
