Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Arrived and seated at 7:30. After ordering it took 45 minutes to receive our order which consisted of two pasta dishes from the kids menu and one salmon entree. The restaurant was not overly busy even for a Saturday night. Food quality was mediocre at best. There are much better options out there.

Food was very good. I ask for butter for my broccoli, never received the butter. Ordered a second drink before dinner and it came 2/3 during dinner. We were told the bartenders were busy????

Be aware that if you make a reservation, it doesn’t really matter. They said they have a 20 minute grace period to see you past your reservation, which is understandable, but our seating was significantly past that timeframe. They also had an issue with their Internet, which took them out for about 30 to 40 minutes. When we finally did get seated, they ended up putting us in a room where they had a giant party coming in. We were the only table in there that was not a part of the party. it was cramped and people kept bumping into us, etc. not sure why they did that because the dining room area was pretty empty. Service was slow. The food was decent and we do like the variety in the menu selection. This is the first time I was disappointed in a trip here, but it seemed to be a triple whammy.

Slow service. Also table wasn’t ready for 10 min after our scheduled reservation time.

We had a great dinner, our server was incredible. The food was fresh and came quickly. As always, the pizookie hit the spot!

Could’ve been better! The first meal had to go back, ribeye was ordered with no seasoning twice, and came loaded with so much salt, cut of meat had tendons and was tough. When the 2nd meal FINALLY came out it was without the side that went back & cool transparent shrimp. When I asked about the side, the service that I already had my side I explained to her that she took that back. Never offered a manager to come talk to me and I didn’t wanna make a scene as there were 12 of us celebrating a birthday. We waited long enough for the food, but my meal came with desserts. Incorrect drinks were brought out we didn’t say anything. It was overall very lackluster service and dining experience all around.

Date night. Ahi salad & a beer was $35. It is nice but overpriced imo.

The food was delicious! The Parmesan crusted shrimp was wonderful and the steak was grilled perfectly. Our server, Alex, was so nice!
