Time counts at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we’ve continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ’s a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ’s to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back.

We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we’ve put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better.

So in many ways we haven’t just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. And it’s because of them we’re continually striving to make sure every moment they choose to spend with us counts.

The service was terrible. We had a reservation and still waited an hour. Once we were finally seated? We did not have a server for almost 20 minutes. We had to actually go find someone to serve us. Food was okay, but not great.

Food service was very slow guests started leaving because they were taken to long to bring out food.

We set a reservation for 7:30. We arrived late, at 7:40. We still waited until 7:55 to be seated. Our server was very nice and took our drink order quickly. Drinks came out in a typical time frame. We placed our food order when we got our drinks. We then waited for an hour before we got our food. Our server kept our drinks filled and let us know that the kitchen was running behind (after we’d waited for about 40 minutes). Our food finally arrived after 60 minutes. The 2 fried chicken sandwiches were not hot, more like room temperature. Burgers and fries were similar. Modifications were accurate. Overall, we won’t be back. The people were friendly, but the wait was excessive and the food was only ok.

Sat us in a section with no assigned server. Took forever to get someone to acknowledge us. Took over an hour to get our food. Some of our food had sat under a heating lamp for a while. Hot on top and lukewarm in the middle. Will be a LONG time before we ever go back!

Great place to have dinner. Very crowded which caused our food to take a long time to come out and when we were done the dirty plates, etc. was left on the table until we left. Having said that I would go back in a hot second. The ribs were delicious.

Excellent food service and staff!!!! Wish the prices were a bit lower so we could come more often.

BJ’s has the best steaks, mashed potatoes and the pizookies are incredible! If you haven’t tried BJ’s, you need to.

Your food is awesome. Your service is way below average. Our server was horrible, kept forgetting to bring us beer, water etc. Finally we had to ask someone else to bring us a bill.
