Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Awesome service even tho we started eating the wrong pizza they brought us a vegetarian pizza that was so delicious then we realized their was no meat we ordered a meat lovers 😋 they apologized and brought out the right one next time we will definitely ordered the vegetarian one

Made reservation for 10+, got there 10mins earlier and table was still being put together. Service is pretty on point especially when you need a refill or need to place your order. Though you do need to wait for your food a little bit longer than per usual. Also fair warning , if you order the lucky ducky cocktail in a tub, on the menu it states that for and extra ten dollars you can take the tub home that's a lie. They came up with run arounds on why we couldn't purchase the souvenir tub even though it clearly states you can purchase the tub on the menu and the cocktail menu. Little to say my mother was saddened by this.

Service was very slow. Server seemed inexperienced. Three of our 10 diners were served about 10 minutes before everyone one else which made it awkward for them. The rest of the party was served at lengthy intervals. We were there almost 3 hrs from start to finish. We were celebrating a special birthday. We have alway enjoyed the food and atmosphere here but this visit was not what we have been use to. I would think with the increased expense to dine out, the customer at least deserves better customer service. Thank you.

Been here many times. This visit with friends wasn't great though. My fries were barely warm when served. One person who ordered prime rib had to wait at least 10 minutes after everyone else was served to get his plate. Our waitress apologized to him & said they were waiting for the side of veggies but she decided to bring the prime rib out anyway so he'd have something to eat. On tap beer was astonishing enough $9.50 each! Not the 22 oz size, regular size. No plans to go back there!

I’ve been to BJ’s for many years. It was always a solid place to go, but woooaaahhhhhh. It was so terrible last night. The music was obnoxiously loud. We sat at our table with empty water cups for 30 minutes. We even asked two people to refill our waters. All while watching the staff mostly just standing and looking out at all the tables. The food- the steaks we ordered were overcooked. The only positives with the food were the appetizers and pazookies. Overall, disappointed.

Appetizer was good. Tacos were good. Avocado burger had too much going on. Service was ok. Restaurant is huge but felt that everyone was sitting in one location. A lot of servers standing around not doing anything

We sat at the table for 25 mins before I asked a server walking by who was our waitress because no one has came to serve us. After another 5 mins we got a server and he stated that it wasn't his table but he would help us. He did a good job serving us after we finally got service. When we received our food the sides were cold and even the replacement sides were cold. Very disappointed.
