Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Service was horrible. I got sat at 6:30 and didn't leave until 8:20. Service was very very slow, refills took forever. Chicken sandwiches were very dry. We asked for a side of honey mustard to come with our meal and it never came we had to wait until our food got cold for our waiter to finally come check on us and asked for the additional honey mustard in which it took another 10 minutes to receive that.

Our waiter was patient with us while we waited for a few others to arrive. He was very polite and helpful. We enjoyed the food!

Service was awful, our waitress didn’t show up for 20 minutes after sitting down. In the reservation, I said it was a birthday and had to remind the waitress later on. I asked her if she could do a candle and she forgot that as well.

The flatware inside my napkin had a gross amount of food debris on it. More attention to detail in dishwashing is sorely needed.

Paid way to much money for the silverware having food on it and was just plain dirty. Food came out wrong.

We visited yesterday around 5:30 p.m. My husband enjoyed the pork chops very much. I had the chicken parmesan, and it was ok not outstanding. The chicken did not have much taste and not much sauce on it either. The service was excellent. Wish I could remember the name of the waiter. He was a young male. We will be returning but I don't think I will order the chicken again.

I have never had a bad experience at BJs, but last night, service was slow and food/dessert was just mediocre. Hopefully it was just an off-night.
