Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Server was nice and attentive at first but put food in as 2 separate orders as we were a party of 10. We were waiting quite a while for half of the party’s order. Also 40 minute wait for 3 desserts with no attention from our original server who handed us off and then came back from a break. Maybe not the best experience for a larger party. Also found a hair in the pizza. But they took it off the bill

We waited an hour to be seated even with reservations (large group of 12 which is why i made reservations) once seated a few of our groups members didn’t get their meals until everyone was done eating and decided to take theirs to go. Our server was great but definitely needed assistance for the amount of tables they were serving.

It was frustrating that we made a reservation then when we arrived we were told it would be a “10 to 15, maybe 20 minute wait” and it was nearly 15 minutes. Also the bathroom was a mess.

When put at a booth, we asked if we could move to a table for the comfort of our guests, and the waited was horribly rude. I'm assuming it is because we started in her section, and to get a table, we ended up in someone else's section. When we thanked her, she practically stomped away... no answer. We had high hopes for our new waiter, but he took a long time in acknowledging us, a long time in getting our drinks, and a long time in taking our orders. I thought he may have been busy, but he had plenty of time to talk to the hostess and his fellow employees. When the food arrived, it was cold and subpar. He had to be asked to take away dirty dishes that we had stacked all over the table and asked to refill drinks.

BJ’s is reliable. The food comes relatively quickly, and is reasonable in quality. The prices, like all places, have shot up. It doesn’t feel like good value, but in a pinch it’s a decent stop.

Fantastic service! Made a reservation at 4pm on a busy Sunday and we're seated within 5 minutes of arriving which eas outstanding. Food was wonderful, the prime rib was delectable! Thanks for making this an enjoyable experience, we will definitely be back very soon!

The shrimp scampi was not good. They gave us like 4 shrimp per plate. They forgot the bread and burger was ok.

We were seated within 10 minutes, and our server, Grace, was the BEST! We beat the dinner crowd, but the place was still full. Our food came out so fast that I couldn't catch up, lol! We had too many plates on the table. The drinks were refreshing and very good. Overall, we enjoyed our time!
