Both the steak on my wedge salad and the burger my daughter ordered were undercooked. We both asked for "Medium," and they both came out rare. I know we should have just told the waitress immediately... but it took so long to get the food that we just gnawed on what was delivered.

We both had the mon-fri special, fried chicken with gravy, on top of nashed potatoes & corn, even got a mini pizooki for dessert @ $13.00. And it was 💯 delicious.

Our food was not good. Pizza was dried out with very little cheese.

My husband had to go to the bar for our water refills, as our server couldn't be bothered. The Nachos I ordered came out completely burned, and practically inedible. And my husband's Philly was tasteless. For the amount of money charged, I would say the least you should get is decent service and food. We won't be back!

I ordered a gluten free pizza. When it came I took a bite and I had to ask if it was gluten free and the server said it was not and his mistake and took it away and had the correct one made. I received it as everyone else was almost finished eating. When the bill came the pizza was not comp but on there and I had to ask the server if he thought that was correct and he went to his manager and had the charge removed. But if I had not I would have had to pay for my possible exposure to gluten. If I was celiac disease it could have killed me!

We love BJs. It is amazing how big the restaurant really is. I like you can make a reservation. I don't enjoy sitting in the main aisle of the restaurant as the cold air blast that comes in every time someone comes in through the revolving door is not enjoyable. It is also expensive, but the kids meals are the best value.
