Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. We had a nice experience. We didn’t have to wait for our reservation. Service cm was great.

The Hamburger was Delicious as well as French Fries. All staff were welcoming - we had Great Service from our Server!

We got in right away because we had a reservation. It's been awhile since we have eaten here. Maybe 4-5 tears ago. The service is so so and when we got our order it was wrong. Food was dry and we run out if ranch sauce and had to wait for it and my appetite was already gone. Why will they give me 1/8 cup of sauce for so many chicken wings. Can't wait to get out of that restaurant. It used to be good. Don't bother yourself to go there.

Made a reservation and then told the wait is 50min. I don’t get it.

Met with one of my good sis for some drinks and food. We sat in the bar section. Our waiter was sweets and fast with his service.

Each of the four diners at our table ordered different items, and each was very happy with their selection. Taste was great, portions and food temperature were as expected, and service was great, even on a busy evening. Thank you.

I had a horrible experience here. For starters the waiter was extremely rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. He wrote my drink order incorrectly and after bringing me a half full martini didn’t even offer to have it remade. We ordered our food and one of the items we selected were the bread bowls. After making us wait for almost an hour we were told they didn’t have any bread bowls and were given the soups by themselves. The waitress that brought out the soups was also extremely rude and after we informed her we would not be wanting the bowls anymore since that was not what we ordered she scoffed at us laughed and walked away. At this point my family and I were done with the service we had received and decided to leave after talking to the manager. While talking to the manager the previous waitress came up to us again yelling and acting unprofessionally to the point the manager had to hold her back. I was disgusted with the lack of professionalism she was presenting herself with and will not be returning to this location ever again.

The service was good, but the only issue that I had was I was under the impression that I was supposed to have a pizookie brought to my table as part of the service. I had specifically mentioned in the reservation details on OpenTable that it was my birthday dinner. Other than that, everything was fine.

I loved BJ’s up until this past visit. Service was aweful with the exception of a i’m assuming manager on duty (since he was dressed formal). Waiter wasn’t so attentive, stated she didn’t need to write down our order since she was experienced and did it on a daily. Only to forget half my order, she was made aware and took forever to bring condiments that came with order. Thank you for the quick deliverance of condiments to the manager who went and came as soon as we asked him for it the third time she had already forgot and the dia counted wings that were originally not placed in addition to my other order that never arrived. The food that did make it to my table wasn’t the best, not sure if new cooks or recipes changed. I’m not one to share unpleasant experiences, but it totally changed my BJ’s perspective this time around. Which sucks, because the drinks are great! Wish the food and service would have been better.
