   Food came to quickly and it was lukewarm, ice tea was great and desert was great

   Our server was great and however my jambalaya was too spicy for me she took it back and got me fish and chips. love the pretzel!

   Food was cold and sent back. By the time it was reserved, the sirloin was overdone and shrimp scampi sauce was burned. Food still only lukewarm. Will probably not go back.

   We got there on Friday night and were seated fairly quickly, which was nice. Couldn't hear eachother over the music and other people's talking, so I definitely wouldn't say there was any "ambiance." Took the waitress about 10 minutes to come over and another 5 minutes for drinks, but it was a busy Friday night, so that was fair. Ordered two burgers. Waited another 30 minutes, and at no point did the waitress say a word about the length of time it was taking, and when they came, they were cold and were also missing the requested toppings. Based upon others around us, I think they were just forgotten as an employee who wasn't a waitress brought them out. My husband asked the manager to just give us the check for our drinks. He comped the drinks (would have rather had my 45 minutes back than two free fountain drinks, to be honest) and apologized, stating he would see what the holdup had been in the kitchen. We left.
