Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Our server tried his best to take care of us, but the restaurant was woefully understaffed, and all of our orders came out 15-20 minutes late. The food was mediocre.

Our waiter was hustling and our order was right. However it took a really long time for the food to come out and all we had was a pizza and a burger. Other patrons were waiting a long time for their food as well. Daughter loved the Pizzokie.

Our waitress was rude and we were there forever. Anything we asked for she acted like we were the biggest inconvenience ever and she would disappear for long periods of time.

Gave me the wrong flavor of boneless wings then brought me back the exact same wings but tossed in the correct sauce. That's just not ok especially when I waited an extra 10 minutes for new wings and only half of my wings were new/fresh. I also waited 5 min for a straw for my drink. The waiter was great and really sweet though especially when they were under staffed.

Our server was great. The restaurant however, had very slick floors which made it difficult to walk in the restaurant. The food was mediocre, and they were out of several items including their Prime Rib. Granted we were late dining; however, it was still very disappointing. Also, skip the Pizookie. They were underbaked and the vanilla ice cream came out mostly melted. It was not enjoyable at all. My wife and I are always willing to give any restaurant the benefit of the doubt, but we do now understand the rating given.

This is not my first time eating at this restaurant as it never disappoints. The food was hot, fresh and yummy. The waitress Alexis was nothing but professional and a joy to work with considering we had a party of 13 or 14 people.

Dreadful experience. One guest finally received his meal after everyone had finished their dinner. Then found a large piece of a broken plate IN the pizza!!!!!
