Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. We had made a reservation at 7 o’clock, and had to wait almost 35 minutes to get sat. Our server finally came to the table and got everyone’s order. Two of the guests got soup, bread, bowls, but we’re never asked if they wanted it as an appetizer or entrée so the server brought the food out as an appetizer. One guest ordered a Mojito drink and never received it the entire three hours we were there. A mini pizza was ordered and the inside was completely raw. The manager did give us a free Pazooki’s but the cinnamon roll Pazooki was burnt on the top and raw in the inside, and our flight of Pazooki’s were all burnt. When I visit from Idaho, I like to go to restaurants that bring me nostalgia, but I definitely will not be coming back to BJ’s restaurant. Everything about that night was completely awful.

They ran out of pork chops and it took over 45 mins for them to deliver a lemon drop. The server stopped checking on us after awhile and left plates on the table. I had to stop another server and ask them to clear the plates and glasses so that we can have room to eat in the crowded booth we were already squished and limited to space in. The only thing that was satisfactory was the wait time and that was because they say is promptly which is huge for BJS especially on a Friday night.

We had a reservation but they were late seating us. Our waitress took our orders but somehow one plate was missed. Waited 30 mins for food, then another 40 mins for the salad. Left after 2 hours getting our meals in a “to- go” containers. They did give us a gift card for the experience, but I doubt we’d ever go back.

Reservation was promptly addressed. We arrived early and after a few minutes we were seated before our reservation time. Host that seated us advised us to check their specials only to be told by the waitress that it’s only a weekday special. Mistakes happen and no harm. Food was delicious but a long wait. We asked about a simple chips and salsa appetizer while waiting but waitress said the kitchen is real slow and not worth ordering before the meal arrives. Waitress did not check back with us in a timely manner. No drink refills and long wait for the check. Waitress could work on engaging with customers. Her other tables seemed to be waiting too. This restaurant is usually hit or miss. This visit was somewhere in between.

The restaurant was super busy, however, I was so pleased they held my Open Table reservation. We were are time, but the line to check in was out the door. Whew, they handled all the crowds very well. The food was good and the service was great!

The food was good . It was a crowded night and served was slow because of that. But it’s a place we mostly enjoy!

Made an online reservation and they honored it a couple of minutes early even though the place was packed with many waiting (Saturday night 6 pm!). Excellent staff, very good food, fair prices. Not as noisy as some other similar places in spite of lots of families with kids and large parties. We'd definitely go back when in the area.

Seating was good 2 of our group meals were ok 1 with wings ordered no sauce and wings had ranch dressing on them My burger was the last to be delivered I ordered onion wings and a cheese burger. I was not given ketsup when asked and had to get a server to obtain some . My burger as well as my o ion rings were cold.
