Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Made a reservation, but reservations here just mean you’re at the top of the waitlist. We checked in on time, then got a text to check in again and we did, 30 minutes go by so we go the desk and they said they tried to call us. We were sitting inside the whole time, watching the front desk and heard nothing. Even then so, my number is on the reservation and I already got a text to check in, so text that my tables ready.

Sat down at 6:30. We had to ask who our waiter was. First attempt at service was almost 7:00. Order was wrong. Other tables that were sat down almost a half hour after use were waited on and served first. When we got our order, one of the four was wrong. Had to wait almost another 20 min for his food. Never coming back.

Ordered surf and turf plate. Server asked how I wanted my steak cooked, I replied with medium. Got my steak well done. Cooked so much, didn’t taste like a filet mignon. Tasted and looked like sirloin. Also asked server if he can put Dodgers game on. After asking 5 different times channel was never changed.

Service was terrible took about an hour to get drinks, appetizers and food. Food was very mid and not worth what we all spent. Wouldn’t come back or even recommend

Checked in 30 mins early to our reservation. Got seated early which was nice! Our server was very kind. We all enjoyed the s'mores pizookie

Made reservation, arrived and seated within minutes. Our waiter was on point with service and so were the food and drinks. Another great experience here. Thank you!

Pizza was waaaaay under cooked and our party had to wait a long time to be served for our meal. Other than that service was spot on , ambience very nice !

Very unsatisfying the waiter seem to be very nice, friendly, polite, taking our order. when food came we did not receive cheese sticks, clam chowder bowl, we received a cheeseburger when we ordered a smoke house burger, did not receive fruit bowl, had to ask for sauce for chicken strips, by the time they brought them the food was cold also the pot stickers and cheese sticks were cold. the lemonade was watered down. for the amount we paid for our dinner, we all were disappointed, we even pid a good amount on tip. as i right now i don't think i would go back to Cerritos BJs probably try another one and give it a try.
