Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. The food came out at numerous different times. They forgot the drinks and food for two of the kids guests. They forgot drinks and appetizers for two of the adult guest and overall the experience was OK but service lacked.

Nelson was AMAZING. He was energetic, entertaining, checking in on us often but not enough to annoy us. He’s simply the best!

The server we had was great! We were seated on time and the food was fine. I would definitely go back.

Our burger was undercooked and we didn't get a satisfactory apology from the server when we mentioned this. Food wait time was long...and our server didn't seem as friendly and engaged as the others we observed.

We have come here quite a few times in the last month. We never have to wait as long as we have a reservation. We’re good. I appreciate the handicap parking upfront as I am a pain Patient and walking hurts. Food is delicious. Where are amazing. We will be coming here again.

Not so great it was my boyfriends birthday . We ordered steak rib eye it was very dry and took a long time . Our server brought the check over to him when it was his birthday and she knew . She only checked up on us 1 time we had to bother other servers to bring us sauces ect

We loved our server Judd, he was so kind and helpful. The food was delicious but insane that one meal out cost us almost $100. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy, obvious that no employees were checking it regularly, which gave us pause on the cleanliness level of the restaurant as a whole.

I was surprised by valet parking in this area and would have parked across the way had I know. Are reservation were honored on time. The first waiter was excellent but he went on break . Then we got Derrick who was hard to find. I ordered a sirloin steak medium rare which was more like medium well. I cut this dried out steak and did not bother to take a bite. The roasted veggies were salty and not edible. The chill as good. I was looking for the waiter to get a meal that I could eat. I could not get anybody to stop. So I sat watching my friends eat. Derrick did indicate when he showed up . I ask what could be fired up quickly. I ordered a sandwich which took a long time to make and get back my party had already finished dinner so no fun eating alone. Noise level high it was the playoffs. Lots of TV screens.
