Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. - service was good yet sparse give the large VD crowd. - didn’t like the hostess yelling names every few minutes; thought that is what text is expected to do. Diminished the atmosphere. - menu has lots of variety, nice!

Good experience from a restaurant other than the service, which was absolutely the worst never got a refill on my drink the entire night had to wait way too long between seeing the server and really inconsistent with the bringing out of the food. My salad came out within a minute of me, ordering the appetizer took another 15 minutes And another 20 minutes for the rest of the food. People were actually coming to our table asking if this is our food multiple times even asking what table number we were like we would know that.

We had a server named Tonya and she is fantastic. Very friendly and personable. She knows what she’s doing and knows how to take care of her customers. This is not the first time we’ve had her and she has always been great. She remember who we were.

Food is usually good. They tend to run out of pork chops pretty early. Great selection of craft beers

It was busy and they were under staffed. We had a reservation, arrived a few minutes ahead of time and still waited 20 minutes to be seated. What’s the point of a reservation, if it doesn’t account for busiest and staffing levels? Server was good once seated.

last night i went on a date at BJ’s had a lovely waitress brought everything we needed with no problems. it was until we got our food i asked for my steak to be cooked well done and when it got brought to me it was still bleeding red so i sent it back the waitress was so sweet and had no problem running it back but the cook only cooked it for 2 more minutes brought it back out to me and was still cold and bleeding. I ate nothing for dinner had them just take my whole meal due to it taking more then twice from them to get it right and by the time they would have my husbands food would have been cold for him to wait on me to get mine correct food. This was our first time here and after this experience we will not be back.

Our server was amazing. Very attentive and friendly. But chicken breast was dry, steaks undercooked and we were all freezing cold in the restaurant.

Service was good. Server did a great job, no complaints. Food took forever to get to the table. 35+ minutes after ordering and the place wasn’t anywhere near crowded. Two people, including myself, ordered cheeseburgers and they were terrible. There was a gross taste of burntness with both burgers. If it hadn’t taken 35+ min the first time, we would have asked for a remake. Only received about 10-15 fries with each of the burger orders and they were ice cold. The other person in the party ordered salmon and they said it was really good. We all got a pizookie and they were of course amazing. The place overall was clean and quiet but it was absolutely freezing in the building. Overall we will return because the only reason we go is for dessert but as momma always says “you gotta have dinner before dessert…”
