Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Great food, but bad managed. We made a reservation for six pm. But when we got there they told us that it doesn’t matter and we still would need to enter the waitlist. So even with reservations we had to wait 25 min and people without reservations were served earlier because they entered the waitlist earlier. Why do you let people make reservations days ahead of time when they clearly don’t matter at all?

Reserved table for birthday dinner, they arranged table after 25 minutes of wait time! Poor service, below average food quality. It was bitter experience for such a good occasion, not going here again ever.

Everyone loved the boneless buffalo wings appetizer. Unfortunately the restaurant was out of Tatonka Stout Buffalo sauce, nso we opted for the regular buffalos sauce and BJ"s handcrafted root beer glaze sauces. The boneless wings were a bit too dry for my liking. The clam chowder was thick hot and excellent with a generous amount of clams. As always the chocolate pizookie was sinfully delicious. Our server Abby proved friendly and effectiv service throughout our meal.

We normally enjoy our visits to BJ’s but we left a little disappointed due to having a new server, his second day, as our waiter. We know he was still training but it took over 30 minutes to get our order placed and the kids were hungry. There were a few other issues, but minor. The food and dessert were good, but unfortunately the slower service ruined our evening.

Very disappointing dining experience. We loved the boneless buffalo wings appetizer. The Tatonka Stout Buffalo sauce was delicious as was the BJ's handcrafted root bear glaze. The clam chowder was delicious but delivered warm rather than hot. The chicken club sandwich was very good as were the 2 salmon dinners; however one of the salmon dinners was brought out after everyone had finished their meals. As always the chocolate pizookie was sinfully delicious. Our server LeRon proved friendly but uneven service. Understandably so as this was only his 4th day on the job.

The $12 menu is an outstanding value. Everyone loved the boneless buffalo wings appetizer. The Tatonka Stout Buffalo sauce was delicious as was the BJ's handcrafted root bear glaze. The Mini Deep Dish Pizza & House Salad Combo was amazing with the Caesar Salad refreshing. The Classic Cheeseburger was cooked to perfection. As always the pizookie desserts were sinfully delicious. Both the salted caramel pand chocolate pizookies get two enthusiastic thumbs up. Our server Blake proved well timed and friendly service. We would definitely return to this or any other BJ's location.

We went at a very quiet time of day, it was early so not very crowded. We were not checked on too much, all the front staff members were over at the front desk talking with each other, the food wasn't as good as we remembered but still very good. Over all we had a good time.
