At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza.
Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. At Bivio all of our dishes are made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

I adore the Sorrento Pizza - very unusual with the addition of very thinly sliced lemon. It's fabulous. Also I always order the affogado for dessert :) An exceptional little gem of a restaurant. Only criticism I have is that it's a bit noisy.

After new owners took over and some of the kinks were worked out Bivio continues to be excellent! Wonderful staff. Incredible pizza and salad. Worth the hype. We will be back!

Bottom of pizza was fully burned, too few and too similar choices on menu, not busy but waited over an HOUR for pizza! But great server and ambience.

Unbelievable!! I can’t even call this pizza because it is just next level. Everything we ate was delicious. We sat at the counter so we could watch the pizzas being made. It also gave us the opportunity to speak to the owner, David. Great guy and truly an artist! Even the music was fantastic - an 80s playlist that was just perfect. Try this place, you won’t regret it!!

Our preference is to order the special..hasn't been a disappointment yet..the Gelato desert was heavenly..it's a art form..perhaps the best pizza in this part of.the world!
