Situé au cœur de la Gold Coast de Chicago, le bistronomic vous invite à déguster une cuisine française moderne de bistrot ancrée dans la culture parisienne, mettant en valeur les ingrédients des fermes du Midwest. Le nom de Bistronomic est la combinaison de 3 mots : bistrot / gastronomie / économique. Le restaurant est un rêve de longue date et concrétisé du chef exécutif/propriétaire Martial Noguier, celui de créer un bistrot français contemporain reconnu, aussi bien accessible qu'abordable. Le Bistronomic a rapidement été reconnu comme le « Meilleur Nouveau Restaurant » par le Chicago Magazine et le Chicago Tribune. Le chef Noguier a obtenu sa deuxième nomination de la fondation James Beard dans la catégorie « Meilleur Chef - Grands Lacs », tandis que le Bistronomic a été nominé dans la catégorie « Meilleur Nouveau Restaurant ». Booked for our anniversary/lunch. Reservation made, arrived and was sat at the bar awaiting a table. - no bar service, cocktail order taken, never received - sat at table, expressed interest in ordering a bottle of wine. Tastings shared and bottle ordered - 15mins in to service we are told kitchen is closing and we must place all appetizers and entree orders, immediately. We decline. - Full bottle of wine on table with 1 appetizer; we are asked if we’d like to order dessert? - We proceeded to be consistently rushed, with wine glasses being double filled. Do not take reservations and assume you can provide a good dining experience to patrons if you plan on rushing them. We were in/out in 45minutes for a $150 tab. Here we are enjoying our anniversary meal down the street at another restaurant. We won’t be back. The hostess is exceptional and the only saving grace from the day!

Another wonderful dining experience at Bistronomic! I have been dining here for fourteen years and never been disappointed. We were warmly greeted and quickly seated. After time to settle in our server arrived and took our drink and menu orders. We started with the three cheese board which we thoroughly enjoyed. Then we had the Maine Lobster Bisque and Mini Comte Cheese Ravioli as our appetizers and they were delicious. For our main courses we had the Prime Beef Shirt Rib and Homemade Fresh Ricotta Tortellini which were both wonderful. Chef came by and visited each table to check on our dining experience which is a very nice touch. Bistronomic is a warm, friendly, and inviting restaurant with delicious cuisine!

Wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner and our waiter was excellent too. This is my favorite spot in Chicago and I tell everyone about it, including my French class at Alliance Français 😊

This gem never disappoints. Husband and wife team that owns Bistronomic provide a fabulous experience and I don’t think it’s a coincidence it’s located around the corner from the Sofitel. Locals and French expats frequent this place for its consistent delivery of great food at fair prices.

An excellent experience. Food was excellent, very tasty, and creative presentations. Service was excellent and helpful. Beautiful interior. This was our 3 rd time dining there and would definitely go back again and again.

One of the best French meals I have ever had, in an absolutely perfect environment. From the meal to our amazing waiter, the owner/chef stopping by 2 times. The jazz. This is my new favorite. Classic French, Newer French and real French. Thank you!!!!!!
