Bistro Orgánico is an award-winning seafood and plant based restaurant that celebrates fresh local flavors of Mexico and the Mediterranean. We strive to create an organic menu and environment that supports health and sustainability for you, our community and the planet. Our food is made with the finest ingredients we've sourced from all parts of Mexico, and our own tequila made in small batches in Tequila, MX. Join us for dinner (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) in the courtyard of our boutique property: Hotel Cielo Rojo.

My favorite restaurant in the area. I have gone there 3 years in a row for my birthday dinner. Impeccably prepared food with a unique twist on the traditional using all local fresh organic ingredients. Highly recommend. Dessert wasn't my favorite but all the savories at 10+ IMHO! Mary

This is a very special place, the food is so fresh and delicious. I had a mushroom ravioli dish that melted in my mouth. The service, warmth and detail to beauty makes this place a restaurant that I will return too again and again.

Bistro Organico, located in Hotel Cielo Rojo, is a wonderful restaurant. The environment is beautiful, the food is exceptional, created from scratch, the staff are kind and attentive, and on Saturday nights during high season, they feature a jazz band that are truly talented musicians. It is a perfect experience!

Really one of our favorites in San Pancho : wish it was open more nights of the week. Food ….excellent; ambiance…..charming; noise level….. no complaints; staff…..tops. . A most enjoyable evening. Thank you.

Dinner was, as in the past well prepared with attention to the food allergies we had noted. Service was excellent with perfect spacing between appetizers and dinner. The surprise of the evening was a jazz too. Nice touch!

This is the most beautiful and delicious restaurant I've eaten at in a long time! Paired with a stay at the wonderful Hotel Cielo Rojo made for a perfect birthday vacation! We LOVED eating breakfast at the hotel and both of us LOVED our dinners (Me: mushroom ravioli, him: stuffed chili rellenos. YUM!

Always the best food in San Pancho! The mushroom ravioli is my favorite and my husband likes the shrimp burger. You feel as if you’re tucked away in a private garden, but you’re actually steps from the street. The service is friendly and efficient. Could easily eat here 1-2x per week.
