Here is the background on the makeup of our Restaurant.The Bistro was born in September of 2002. Owned and operated by Declan Hoctor, Executive Chef: Paul Hughes, and John & Angela O’Sullivan of Roly’s Bistro of Dublin (Ireland). Our Fare is American with a European flair. Executive Chef, Paul Hughes trained in the Savoy Hotel in London for 9 years as well as Roly’s Bistro in Dublin, two of the most respected hostelries in Europe. Roly’s in Dublin was voted Restaurant of the year for 2010, also voted Chef of the year. Our team of Chef’s has won numerous competitions, and awards representing restaurant & country for their creative and inventive food. We love what we do! Just remember!

A little difficult to work way to door with a wheelchair but once in greeted immediately and sat promptly. Staff was attentive, drink selection was broad and delicious(bourbon peach smash) and meal (chicken bistro, mushroom soup, coconut shrimp and tenderloin) all wonderful. Didn’t have dessert but the soufflé looked perfect.

Bistro is a lovely French restaurant. It was a long drive for us, but we were glad that we came. As soon as we sat down at our table, the server brought a basket of warm Ciabatta and French dinner rolls, butter, and pate. The pate was heavenly delicious. We shared shrimp tempura and wedge salad to start. For the main course, I ordered the Beef Wellington, and my date had the fillet. We ended our dinner with coffee and chocolate souffle. It looked like souffle is the Bistro's signature dessert because everyone in the restaurant ordered it at the end of their meal. Next time, I will try their Grand Mainer souffle. Our dinner was great, the staff were terrific, highly recommended.

Wonderful meal with our friends. Soft shell crab appetizer mussels and Brie appetizers were delicious snapper in parchment fantastic as was calves liver and swordfish special. Tasted great prepared with care and great taste. Alex as always gave us great suggestions and service. Do t miss a great cup of coffee tasted great in beautiful china

I know its unusual but the I though the Blue Cheese Wedge Salad was one of best I have ever eaten!

We enjoyed multiple shared appetizers, a bottle of wine and great smoked old fashioneds. It was another lovely evening with Ariel and staff. Everything is delicious! Service if fabulous! See you soon!

Our first time at The Bistro. Went after reading reviews on Open Table. Was not disappointed. Nice menu with many options and specials made decisions difficult. Our server Beverly was attentive and friendly. Ordered the soufflés and they were the perfect ending to a delicious meal. Will be coming back!

Another fantastic delicious dinner at the Bistro. Tuna appetizer great taste quality and freshness all of us had Snapper in parchment so delicious. Such a great fun place. Alex our server was great funny and pleasant as always with great service Thanks for the four of us having a wonderful evening
