Bistro Freddie is a 45-cover restaurant in the heart of Shoreditch showcasing the best in British produce and French wine.

The menu is inspired by classic British and French gastronomy. Expect seasonal starters, bold mains and pies to share, as well as larger cuts of meat cooked over fire.

Curated by Alex Price, Bistro Freddie’s all-French wine list focusses on real wines that reflect a sense of place. The wine list takes a deep dive into all corners of France, exploring a variety of styles, regions and producers.

Was lovely! I had the Bavette & fries and it was delicious. Service was really lovely and accommodating.

We were a party of three and we were sat a very small table for two. It was so small that our plates didn’t fit on the table. Which made her experince quite awkward and not that enjoyable

Delicious food and lovely staff. We did feel a bit overwhelmed on how quickly they clear your plates - it almost feels like they are rushing you out. However, the food is definitely worth it!

Delicious food in a charming bistro setting. Service was very attentive. The only downsides were the portions were quite small for the price for example the bread. Additionally all mains must be ordered with sides which is understandable however it is quite strange to serve a filllet of salmon completely bare without even a sauce. Otherwise would recommend!

Delicious , authentically French food. Lovely sauces. A bit on the expensive side when you add the side dishes - but the changing menu means I will definitely go again
