Our server Olga was absolutely lovely. The indoor space is being renovated so a heated tent with pretty chandeliers was set up on the patio and made for a cozy atmosphere. Food was delicious.

With many of the resort dining locations closed for enhancements, we chose to try the Bistro again after they were recently closed, hoping it had been enhanced. It was not. The outdoor patio is closed off with drapes hanging to cover the construction zone. It took more than 30 minutes to get our cocktails, our food arrived cold, and sauces arrived at the end of the meal. Would like to write it off to how busy they were. However, we were one of 4 tables seated in the restaurant. Was disappointing, and we are not likely to return anytime soon.

This is a beautiful venue. Inside and outside dining with gorgeous views. The food is fantastic and our service was top notch. Thank You Dulce !! We enjoyed it so much we made reservations for breakfast for the next day. Thank You Graice!!
