With a cosy and intimate atmosphere, the bistro serves up classic British dishes with a modern twist, using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients. The Bistro's student debut night is the first time this year the students will be in the kitchen and restaurant, where they will showcase their skills and creativity. Students will gain hands-on experience, receive expert feedback, and build confidence in their cooking abilities. Supporting them in their first steps on what will be a fantastic year.
