Bistro at B63 offers guests a unique dining experience. Our training restaurant helps to develop the future stars of the catering and hospitality industries, working alongside Bistro Lead Simon Roberts and Head Chef Joe Parsons and their team to create a range of beautiful and creative dishes. Bistro at B63 is open for gourmet and themed dining on Wednesday and Thursday evenings (term time only).

We offer a wide range of themed events throughout the year from Gin Tasting evenings to Murder Mystery Nights.

The Bistro has a modern and cosy atmosphere and has been described as a 'hidden gem' by other diners.

This was our 3rd time at one of the evenings with ex WBA players. The food was delicious, the service was polite and friendly, and the guests shared some great stories from their past. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Booked for the global afternoon tea, savoury course and scones were amazing and very tasty. The last one with the tiny cakes was a little too sweet for us but what we did tried was tasty as well. Really nice restaurant set in the college grounds and the staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Looking forward to trying the next ones

Persian evening was superb. Excellent food, brilliant service. A chance to try a different cuisine at a very reasonable price.

Another lovely time at the Bistro at B63, this time for the Italian evening, as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. We had a lovely evening and really enjoyed the experience. We will definitely return. Thank you and well done to everyone involved!
