Frank, our server, was extraordinarily helpful! We were are party of 3. We shared two salads as starters and 3 entrees. The presentation of the salads brought to the table for each of the 3 of us was outstanding. Such careful attention to detail. Each of the salads was wrapped in cucumber. Lovely. We shared the 3 entrees. Frank presented all the entrees in the center of the table and brought 3 plates for us to serve family style. The olive oil cake for desert was spectacular. I will be there again and recommend to friends. Thank you!

We discovered Bistro 31 on a Dallas visit earlier this year. Since then we have visited each time we’re in town. Great menu, food, service and ambience. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Wait staff was attentive with out being intrusive and the ambiance was pleasant. Although the food looked delicious, the English muffin on my eggs Benedict was as hard as a rock and impossible to cut. The potatoes that came with it seemed old as indicated by the skin on them that was impossible to chew. I wanted to love this place for brunch but sadly won’t be returning.

The food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the dining experience is excellent. I highly recomend this restaurant.
