                                                                                                              For a fine dining experience Bistro 11 meets expectations. The rack of lamb we had was a little over done for medium rare, but all in all the food is excellent. Particularly enjoyed the oyster stew, which is indicative of the exceptional menu.

                                                                                                              Food was very good. Service was excellent. Noise level was high as others have rated. We chose not to sit in the normal dining area but sat at the high top tables instead. Sitting was much better.

                                                                                                              When in Hagerstown, Bistro 11 is a must go! I have been going here since they opened and never had a bad meal here. The steak frites at lunch paired with a french onion soup is to die for! French dip sandwich is good too and  filet mignon at dinner is great. Cecelia and James do an outstanding job!

                                                                                                              My pastrami Ruben was outstanding. My friends got the tuna melt and the grilled salmon/bacon sandwich. We were all very happy with quality of the food and the presentation
