Just off the Las Vegas Strip, step inside the intimate and seductive modern Italian steakhouse, Bistecca. The newly renovated fine dining room showcases an all-new menu featuring high-quality prime-grade steak options, luxurious furniture, original artwork, and a more intimate and seductive vibe. The menu features a selection of signature Italian classics and pasta, seafood, and a variety of prime-grade USDA steak cuts including Scotch Filet, Butchers Cut, domestic Wagyu Tomahawk, Bone-In and Boneless Ribeye, NY Strip, 36oz Porterhouse and Filet Mignon. Indulge in one of our scratch-made desserts and a bottle of wine from our ‘Wine Spectator’ award-winning wine list. We also have signature cocktails, mocktails, or a full bar for a custom beverage option. Gluten-free and Vegetarian options are available.
The dress code is resort casual, with no open-toe footwear, hats, tank tops, or athletic jerseys, or swimwear. Outdoor patio seating is available, weather permitting. Free parking.

What a gem - off the Strip find!!!!! This place was top notch as soon as we were greeted! Menu has great choices with specials to offer. Our server Craig was awesome and the ambiance was perfect for our night out before a show. Recommend highly - We will be back!!!

What a great experience! Food was five star and so delicious! The staff was amazing, Kevin and Christian made it memorable. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely the best steak I have ever had in my life. 12oz filet mignon was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Can’t wait to eat there again!

Bistecca is our favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. Dinner was amazing, from the appetizer to the end. Service was perfect (thank you, Michael). The noise level was low, allowing us to carry on a conversation without shouting. We will dine at Bistecca every time we visit Vegas.

We were blown away by our experience at this steakhouse. The ambiance, food and service were all 5 stars. The 8 oz filet we each had was cooked to perfection and the sides were very good. The Caesar salad was large and the dressing was light and flavorful. We are definitely going back next time we are in Las Vegas.

Nice steak restaurant in a resort hotel off the Strip. Food was very good. We had chicken and steak dishes, both well cooked and tasty. Better value than most Strip restaurants. Wait staff were pleasant and helpful but failed to take away empty plates or change cutlery between starter and main courses. We were not offered dessert, so didn’t bother. Overall we enjoyed dinner but service did not seem to match the ambitions of this restaurant to present an upscale offer.
