The newly renovated fine dining room showcases an all-new menu featuring high-quality prime-grade steak options, luxurious furniture, original artwork, and a more intimate and seductive vibe. The menu features a selection of signature Italian classics and pasta, seafood, and a variety of prime-grade USDA steak cuts including Scotch Filet, Butchers Cut, domestic Wagyu Tomahawk, Bone-In and Boneless Ribeye, NY Strip, 36oz Porterhouse and Filet Mignon. Indulge in one of our scratch-made desserts and a bottle of wine from our ‘Wine Spectator’ award-winning wine list. We also have signature cocktails, mocktails, or a full bar for a custom beverage option. Gluten-free and Vegetarian options are available.

The dress code is resort casual, with no open-toe footwear, hats, tank tops, or athletic jerseys, or swimwear. Outdoor patio seating is available, weather permitting. Free parking.

Dinner was well-prepared and presented. I had ravioli one night and salmon another. My husband had the shrimp appetizer. Excellent service and the desserts were exquisite. Will definitely return!

This is a MUST on your Vegas trip. Has a nice bar, good wine features, fantastic ambiance and the prices are great! Portions are plentiful, staff is darling and engaged with their patrons and you can relax and have normal conversations with your party. Absolutely wonderful ! Our visit last night --Party of 3 - ordered calamari (delicious, crispy, not greasy, shared 3-4 people size). Would order again for sure. Guys ordered Osso Bucco (fantastic! Huge serving-no small portion of perfectly, tender veal - could cut with a fork - and delicious sauce) served with hefty portion of pasta to compliment. They raved about this and it's a signature dish of Tuscany's. I had beef carpaccio- perfectly sliced with generous greens and perfect portion of light oil dressing with lemon. Loved the fried capers they used. Also had the Lobster ravioli - 6-7 large ravioli completely stuffed with lobster - no skimping - and topped with more lobster pieces on top. Has light sauce which was not 'fishy' but pleasant. To full for desert but they brought a little plate of Olive Oil pound cake servings with a yogurt and fresh orange piece as a complimentary thank you. Leah was our server, and she was knowledgeable, eager to explain everything and on top of any request. The restaurant is beautiful, recently redecorated in a very pretty ,dark wood, fun Italian contemporary art, very comfortable leather club chairs, one wall has large booths, and the very best thing if that this is one of the rare places to have a fabulous meal, very good value and you don't have to shout over the loud music and kitchen noise. There were all age groups - and near us was a big group of 30 somethings have a great time. I love Bistecca - and I love Tuscany - it is that RARE perfect blend of great food, great rooms, fabulous people and just blocks from the busy strip. You get it all here without the high prices and crowds. Dress is casual business to start – make it a special date. You’ll thank me !

Looking for a quiet spot to discuss business with colleagues and have a nice dinner and Bistecca was perfect. Food and wine, absolutely delicious.

Our waiter Kevin was polite,and funny.The meal of chicken marsala, and king crabs legs came out hot and were both delicious. I loved the garden salad it was so cold and crisp.Overall would definitely eat here again!! Very Enjoyable!

Seated promptly 5:30pm. Many meal items. Our server, Josue, provided excellent guidance and service. Food was beautifully presented and delicious. Lovely ambiance. Looking forward to returning.

An intimate dining experience. The food was delicious & the ambiance and service was stunning. We always make a reservation when we are in Vegas. Love this place.
