I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the drinks were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

It was great!! Mackenzie was such an awesome waitress!! Her helper ( a guatenalan guy) was soo nice and Arquimedes waa also very friendly!! We felt we were at a friends house!!! Everyone there is great!!! We love this restaurant!!!

This was our second time at Birkin’s and we absolutely love it! The food is amazing! My ribeye was cooked perfectly and sushi was delicious! New favorite restaurant!🥩🍣

Valentine's Dinner so the restaurant was busy. Our server was so professional and helpful! Not rushed. Food was great! Portions were large (leftovers today). We will definitely return and will try the sushi as well.

We tried Birkins for the first time on Valentine's Day and overall, we were pleased. The food taste and quality were excellent! The owner and manager both came by to introduce themselves and make sure we were happy. Our server, Joshua, was great! There was a bit of a mixup on our order and one party's order came well before the other, but I suspect that had to do with it being so busy. One of our female friends mentioned the bathroom needed some attention also; again, likely a function of how busy they were. To their credit, they comped almost half of our bill for the mixup and delay, and that level of service seems to be extremely rare these days! We will definitely go here again, due to its location, service and how good the food was!

We had a lovely Valentine's dinner last night at Birkin's. The staff is so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Janel was our server, and she was amazing! All the drinks and dishes we selected were well presented and delicious! We especially enjoyed the lobster bisque, Brussel sprouts and steaks, which were seasoned and cooked to perfection! This is a gem for North Tampa, and we will definitely come back!
