The food was delicious. There were some unique items on the menu. It is an expensive meal because entrees are pricey, and everything is ala carte (bread,salads, sides). We had a great time nonetheless

Waiter knew nothing about the menu. We had to ask many questions to find out what we were ultimately going to order. The salad was not as described and minimal ingredients other than green stuff. We ordered the stuffed potato and it came with a teaspoon of sour cream. When requesting more, we were told they were out of it. This was at a 6 PM dinner reservation. Only good thing we experienced that evening was the steak which was done as requested, and it was tender. Way overpriced for the food and service we received. Won’t be going back.

The service was good overall. We ordered steaks and they were great quality but not quite a tasty as we prefer, especially for the prices. I think a baked potato for 11.99 is rather too much. There was no bread offered and all the vegetables and salads were ala carte. It was convenient for us however for the money, I would probably go to Capital Grill or Ruth Chris instead.

Always an amazing experience! Brought some friends with us and they enjoyed it as well. They will be back.

Rib Eye was delicious. I liked it with the herb butter sauce. I wasn't as impressed with the Mac and cheese, but it was pretty good. I would return and recommend this restaurant to others. Thanks for a good experience.

First time here. Saw ad in neighborhood news paper and decided to give it a shot. It was ok. They were out of bread for bread service which you have to pay for and brownies which is unacceptable. Steak was ok I’ve had better. Mac and cheese as good. Cocktails were decent. I would try again, but you cannot run out of items

Third visit. Food always great. A bit loud. Grouper picatta very tasty. Pasta ALWAYS just right. Friendly, helpful, and attentive service.

Our second time at Birkins and another great dinner! Chris was our server and was wonderful! Food was delicious! New favorite place!!

My wife and I loved this place. It was a Sunday night so probably not as crowded as it would be on a Friday or Saturday night, but still had a good crowd. We were quickly seated at a table of our choosing and quickly waited on. The service was great all night, not hovering over you and there when you needed it. For an appetizer, we shared the escargot, which was very good, nicely seasoned and had just a hint of spice. My wife ordered the filet mignon with a small Ceaser and I had the Chilean Sea Bass and ordered the Creamed Spinach family side. The Filet was cooked exactly to my wife's request (sadly medium well...I am working on it), it was perfectly seasoned and very tender; although I prefer rare to med rare, it was excellent. The sea bass was cooked perfectly and what a great flavor. When eating out, we tend to find a lot of food needing additional pepper and/or salt, which is not the case here at all. Creamed Spinach, wow! There is a Steak House that is supposed to be known for theirs, not even close, this is a must try dish for anyone that goes to Birkin's. We will definitely be back.
