Third visit. Food always great. A bit loud. Grouper picatta very tasty. Pasta ALWAYS just right. Friendly, helpful, and attentive service.

Our second time at Birkins and another great dinner! Chris was our server and was wonderful! Food was delicious! New favorite place!!

My wife and I loved this place. It was a Sunday night so probably not as crowded as it would be on a Friday or Saturday night, but still had a good crowd. We were quickly seated at a table of our choosing and quickly waited on. The service was great all night, not hovering over you and there when you needed it. For an appetizer, we shared the escargot, which was very good, nicely seasoned and had just a hint of spice. My wife ordered the filet mignon with a small Ceaser and I had the Chilean Sea Bass and ordered the Creamed Spinach family side. The Filet was cooked exactly to my wife's request (sadly medium well...I am working on it), it was perfectly seasoned and very tender; although I prefer rare to med rare, it was excellent. The sea bass was cooked perfectly and what a great flavor. When eating out, we tend to find a lot of food needing additional pepper and/or salt, which is not the case here at all. Creamed Spinach, wow! There is a Steak House that is supposed to be known for theirs, not even close, this is a must try dish for anyone that goes to Birkin's. We will definitely be back.

Chris (server/bartender) was awesome; fantastic personality, attentive, and energetic. Owner Mark came over to introduce himself and welcome us; great touch. We’ll be back for sure!

Great service ! Had a wonderful waiter by the name of Adam. Excellent sushi - very fresh. Highly recommend the filet with Birkins butter . Good place for date night.

The food was fantastic and the service at the bar was great once we moved ourselves to the bar area to eat. However we were seated at first at a table between the kitchen and the bar which had a lot of traffic. We asked if we could be seated somewhere else. We were told all the seats were “reserved” until 8. Mind you there was no one sitting at them at it was 6pm. After not seeing any wait staff for nearly 15 minutes we moved to the bar. From there the night went well.

Excellent food & service. Very noisy, ambiance could be better for high end steakhouse. Finally, celebrating a big Birthday and the restaurant didn’t do anything special at all to recognize the milestone as other high end steakhouses do.

This was my second visit to the restaurant and this is my second review. Last time, I raved about everything, except the noise level. I am happy to report that management turned down the volume to an acceptable level. Thank you. This time, we had the center cut porkchop and the chicken piccata. Both were excellent and both were huge servings. We also repeated the excellent French onion soup.
