Ever find a new restaurant that you want to stay open, but at the same time stay on the DL? That is the restaurant. Once you enter the Birkins, you are presently surprised by the contrast from outside. You are able to make reservations, which is great. However, this time we did not need to. We sat in the sushi area. Low lighting and romantic. Perfect for a date. The sushi rolls were magnificent!!! The rolls are wonderfully worth the price in size. We had dessert. Apple Crumble w/ ice cream. Absolutely scrumptious. Our waiter and manager were so professional, attentive and polite. We will be going there a lot. We went at 4:00 PM on a Sunday.

Food and service was very good. The place was soooo loud it took away from the experience.

Food was good but not great, limited wine and bourbon options. Overall experience was okay, but missed the mark for such a premium price.

Food took well over an hour 1/2 when I asked the mgr if food was ever coming. When food finally came out steaks not cooked to order ( undercooked) but at that point didn’t want to say anything or wait another hour. One side didn’t even come out until we were almost done. Ordered cappuccino martini and knowing the cappuccino machine was down brought a nasty drink. A waiter said they would comp desert but it was on the bill. Paid it just to get the heck out of there. Horrible!!!

Every thing was delicious we tried a little bit of everything. Best of all was the fact that it’s a steak and sushi restaurant. A surf and turf of a ribeye steak and tuna nigiri is more than alright in my book. Steak was cooked perfectly and the tuna tasted incredible, very fresh. Atmosphere is great with awesome mood lighting and wines decorating the walls, must come back here soon.

Excellent experience and vibe - great food - wonderful service - my one suggestion would be expanding on the menu and appetizers.

Birkins was a good, maybe not great dining experience. Server was friendly, although not the fastest. Seating was a bit crowded and slightly loud, but not to the detriment of the evening. Drinks from the bar were tremendous. This was the highlight, to be honest. House Old Fashioned is delicious, as was the Debutante. Also, do yourself a favor and order the Nocello for dessert. Apps were ok. Escargot was unusually hot (temperature), and although bread was delicious, you have to pay for it. Caesar salad was wilty with too much Parmesan and dressing. Entrees were very good. Grouper very nice, and lamb chops succulent. Will return in the future for drinks and sushi.
