Worst service ever. Food was nasty, ordered the short rib & it was tough. Ordered two rounds of drinks and it took two reminders each to get them. They lost my debit card after charging me! Worst Resturant ever. They’re slow, communication sucks and the food and drinks were not all that. The ambiance was mediocre! They switch DJs more than they attend their own seated guest. Every one around us were experiencing the same thing as well. 0/10. Highly unrecommended!! The reviews on google says the same. Do not go here!!!

The experience and food was great. The only issue was our waitress kept forgetting to bring our drinks other than that I had a great time

The drinks and food was not it for me . The food wasn’t cook thoroughly and server kept messing up my order . Once they realized they gave me the wrong order that was sitting in front of me for 10 mins , I would’ve thought they would take it back to the kitchen but no , the server picked up the food and gave it to the next table . Very unsanitary. Very overpriced for this decent food. The only thing I like was the dj and the aesthetic of the place .

Nice place, the food was good, but the service sucked. The wait for food was long and the staff were very disorganized.

This was my first time at Bird Pepper. I had the oxtails, and they were a little tough. Should have cooked it a little more. Ambiance was really nice and the service was excellent 👏

There was minimal value to eating here $35 for French toast some powdered eggs and three stripes of turkey bacon; $40 for 6 chicken wings. 1 cocktail and 1 mimosa; the bill was $126.00 and I not really sure what I paid for

The food is good here. I would recommend the jerk chicken and oxtails. Their fried snapper is good but if I had to critique adding a bit more spice and frying it more crispy would be perfect.

From the time we walked in the customer service was excellent. The food was a hit. We all enjoyed our meals.

My server Nyesha was super helpful in recommending items from the menu and she was attentive to my needs without me asking .I will definitely be returning
