Le bar-restaurant Birch’s a officiellement déménagé au bord du lac ! Ce bâtiment emblématique accueillait autrefois le Hansen House dans les années 1960 avant de devenir le Billy’s Lighthouse, lieu de prédilection pour les nombreux habitants de Long Lake et de ses quartiers de la banlieue ouest. Il est resté à l'abandon depuis 2006, jusqu'à sa nouvelle reconversion par le restaurateur local Burton Joseph et le maître brasseur local Brennan Greene. Le Birch’s on the Lake Brewhouse & Supper Club vous propose à tous un guichet unique pour des expériences sensationnelles.     We were at Birch’s for Restaurant Week and had great service, the ambiance was good, and enjoyed some of our dishes but not all. In particular, the scallops were just ok, and the veal parmesan lacked enough sauce. The portion sizes varied wildly— quite small for the scallops, huge for the veal. My friends got the steak and the scallops, but I forgot to ask about them. We liked our appetizers and desserts. Overall, we’ve had better meals at Birch’s and hope to do so again in the future.

    Chris was an awesome server. He engaged with us and was very helpful and polite. He also shared with us many of the other events that happen at Birch's. Wonderful evening. Thank you.

    Good menu for restaurant week. Busy on a Friday night and we could tell the server was covering a lot of tables so getting her attention was a problem. Some service glitches (food delivered at different times), one entree was forgotten and food got cold while we waited for the fourth entree. But aside from that, we loved our server, food taste and quality were great.

    Always a pleasure to dine at Birch’s! The server was excellent and the manager made sure everything was just right for our birthday celebration. Excellent food and amazing ambiance!

    We requested our favorite server - Brad. He is always exceptional and so pleasant. Also, Jesse (the all around keep the tables bused among many other duties) is always very pleasant and willing take care of whatever you need. The food as always was very good.

    The WI Fish Fry is to die for, so addicting! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The staff really goes out of their way to ensure you have a great time. Always great to look out over the lake. We are lucky we almost always get to sit by the fireplace. You will not be disappointed! Can hardly wait to go back again.
