Le bar-restaurant Birch’s a officiellement déménagé au bord du lac ! Ce bâtiment emblématique accueillait autrefois le Hansen House dans les années 1960 avant de devenir le Billy’s Lighthouse, lieu de prédilection pour les nombreux habitants de Long Lake et de ses quartiers de la banlieue ouest. Il est resté à l'abandon depuis 2006, jusqu'à sa nouvelle reconversion par le restaurateur local Burton Joseph et le maître brasseur local Brennan Greene. Le Birch’s on the Lake Brewhouse & Supper Club vous propose à tous un guichet unique pour des expériences sensationnelles.     We love coming here. Great food, service & view. I tried the grouper which was new to the menu - delicious!

    Flatbread was really greasy. Scallops were $50 and we only got 4; the sides on the scallops were not really as described.

    Food is pretty good but could have been better given the prices. The view of the lake is charming. A nice date spot.

    I made the Res. a month in advance and asked for a table by the window and mentioned in was our anniversary but they put us in a booth right next to the bar. Our wait person was not very personable and was not very attentive. It was very busy and noisy.

    Beautiful lakeside setting, but a burger is $24!!!! I ordered the $26 ahi tuna bowl and was disappointed by only 4 slices of tuna that I was served. Our server was not very attentive and there were a half dozen servers working the deck yesterday afternoon. We were never even asked if we would like a second beer. Simply not worth the price to sit on the lake. We’ll go somewhere else for a lake view and friendlier service.

    Amazing food, great setting outside patio and perfect service. The turkey burger and Gatherer’s Salad were the best!

    It can happen to any gem of a restaurant and seems to have here: it’s become so popular that quality has gone down. We came for Father’s Day and it was just disappointing. The service wasn’t great and the food was lesser. It was also much more expensive than the last time we visited. So sad.

    Food was good, very unique. Great view. Need to change the ceiling with all the open wires. Doesn’t look good . Every time we go there, the prices are higher.
