Le bar-restaurant Birch’s a officiellement déménagé au bord du lac ! Ce bâtiment emblématique accueillait autrefois le Hansen House dans les années 1960 avant de devenir le Billy’s Lighthouse, lieu de prédilection pour les nombreux habitants de Long Lake et de ses quartiers de la banlieue ouest. Il est resté à l'abandon depuis 2006, jusqu'à sa nouvelle reconversion par le restaurateur local Burton Joseph et le maître brasseur local Brennan Greene. Le Birch’s on the Lake Brewhouse & Supper Club vous propose à tous un guichet unique pour des expériences sensationnelles.     Went there for anniversary dinner. The ambiance is nice with the view of the lake. They do a good job of taking care of you. Nice service. Food was great. My only little gripe is the cost of the filet mignon. $45 for what was barely a six ounce steak. It was delicious, though. The walleye was excellent as well, with a generous portion of fish. The two beers I had (blood orange berliner weiss and raspberry wheat ale) were very good.

    Once again, freezing cold at our table. This has been a problem at Birches on the Lake for years. We like the view so we keep trying the place every now and then. NEVER let your customers be cold, and never let the workers near the thermostat.

    Rib dinner was excellent along with the Calamari appetizer. Great service and a wonderful table location on lake side

    We love the beautiful views of Long Lake and the delicious Buckhorn Chicken based on an old Long Lake Classic Restaurant. The complimentary table appetizers are quite nice and we ordered one of the huge desserts and split it among our entire group. Our waitress was very attentive and informative. Highly recommend for any occasion

    The chicken was overdone the wall I was overdone and so was the filet mignon! For the prices, I think the food should be better
