Birch never fails to deliver an amazing dinner and overall wonderful experience. The food is beautifully presented and delicious. Each person we interacted with was extremely warm and pleasant. Highly recommend.

My wife and I are big fans of Birch, which is why we dined here on Valentine’s Day. We sat at the chef’s counter and really enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. It’s easy to see why Chef Knall is a 2025 James Beard nominee for best Chef Midwest. The GM at Birch is so personable and acknowledges us on every visit. It’s no wonder his staff is so helpful and courteous. Book your reservation with confidence.

Excellent food great ambience. Our first time and really enjoyed it. The reason for not giving five stars was their drinks. Our wine had around 4 ounces and our espresso martini while amazing was gone in four sips (in a cordial glass) just an opportunity to revisit this part of your business. Really enjoyed it past that 👍

Took my Wife out for her birthday, 1st time at The Birch. No disappointment at all, very much enjoyed our meal and dessert was the best we’ve had in a long time. We did order the steak for two and the steak was done perfectly. Only thing I would’ve been nice was having a starch with the meal like a potato, rice or even pasta. Will be stopping again shortly with a couple friends.

The pork chop entree was the best I’ve ever had and will set the standard for any other! Our friends also had the pork and were equally impressed. Unfortunately, my husband’s walleye entree was disappointing as it wasn’t filleted thoroughly and he choked on some bones; he did not like the tortilla-like wrap that accompanied it. He was also surprised that Tito’s was the best vodka option. The two desserts, both different chocolate options, were scrumptious and not overly rich like flourless cake. They were both heavenly and decadent!! Our server was outstanding.

Fine dining in a comfortable environment, I love watching the Chef’s work at the counter. Great front of the house staff, thoughtful through and through.

Overall a good experience. The focaccia with ricotta Is stellar. The toffee pudding is another standout dish.
