Bincho Boss is a modern Japanese restaurant that offers an authentic and refined Izakaya-style dining experience. The menu features a variety of dishes that are cooked on an earthen konro grill over Binchō-tan, a type of high-quality charcoal that produces an unparalleled flavour and aroma.     We booked this restaurant for my partners birthday. The food was amazing!! Definitely the perfect treat meal. They even put a little candle in our dessert which was a really nice touch.

    I think I just found my new favorite restaurant. The truffle soy is absolutely divine! Good cocktail list too!

    The food was exquisite and the Japanese beer menu was extraordinary. The sashimi was melt in your mouth, wagyu was oh so good. Our waitress had fun with our humour. A good vibe, no pretence & quality service & fellow diners. Defo be back!

    Absolutely outstanding. The service and food were impeccable. Good atmosphere. We had the degustation and two in our party were vegetarian and the selections were fragrant and tasty and such high quality. The corn ribs, sushi and Yuzu dessert were a highlight and the sashimi plate was so fresh. Cannot recommend enough.

    Loved our experience! The set menu was really good and we left full! Cocktails were really nice and the service was friendly. Even got a special dessert for our anniversary. Thanks guys!

    We came for NYE dinner with the set menu. We loved that they accommodated to all our dietary requirements especially in instances we thought they couldn't. Thank you so much to the staff who served us and for keeping the restaurant open till we (the last ones!) had finished our meals - without rushing us too. Would highly recommend!

    This was a really wonderful experience. The flavor and ingredient combinations were creative and dishes extremely well executed. I’m a vegetarian and a vegan chef and would highly recommend Bincho Boss.. We had the eggplant which was perfect and like the crème brûlée of eggplants! The inari maki and the grilled asparagus.. but I wouldn’t hesitate to try any of the other dishes these were totally on point. The pickles were amazing and a must!

    I loved the banquet I had at Bincho Boss. Authentic, high quality, oishii (delicious) Japanese dishes. The staff were attentive and polite. I came on a Monday night, so it wasn’t busy and I was comfortable sitting at the bar. It would likely be much noisier and crowded on other nights, but that’s part of the Izakaya vibe. Enjoy!
