Serving up gourmet burgers, our plates feature international flavours and local ingredients. From our Greek isles-inspired burger to the red-hot spiciness of The Angry Bull, there’s a burger for every palate. This is a great restaurant for those who have allergies. I was able to eat many things on the menu without worry. One little hiccup with my order, but it was corrected very quickly.

I live in Victoria and frequent the Maple location, but I've been to the Westshore location a handful of times. Every time I've visited Westshore, the food experience is glaringly inferior to Maple. Yesterday was no different. We were a table of 4 and all of our fries were lukewarm. The salad with my burger was about half the portion that I usually get and soggy, like it had been sitting for awhile under the heat. My burger was lukewarm with limp, cool bacon and congealed cheese and my husband's was the same. We love the Bin 4 brand, but likely won't return to this location.

Most creative and delicious burgers I've ever had! Service was slow, but as long as you're not in a hurry, relax and enjoy the food.

I enjoyed everything except the music was too loud, I always want to hear music but not have to yell above it, that is not energetic or enjoyable.

I had a reservation to celebrate Valentine's Day with my partner. We ordered promptly, then waited for over an hour with no food while orders continually went out for Door Dash and Skip the Dishes. The kitchen is too small to accommodate in restaurant dining in addition to take out meals. It felt as though the take out meals were prioritized over those customers choosing to dine at the restaurant. We left after settling our drinks bill, management apologized but did not provide any gift cards or incentives to return. An unfortunate experience, as repeat customers, we won't be back anytime soon.

Our sincere apologies about your experience on Valentine's day. It was an extremely busy night for us and our management team is looking into ways we can better execute these holidays to ensure everyone has a great dining experience. We do have a system that prioritizes in house bills over takeout, but the volume that night did present its challenges to our kitchen. We appreciate the feedback and we will certainly learn & improve from this.

My boyfriend and I went for valentines day and I have to say we loved our waitress she was absolutely amazing! Loved the food, even though there was a wait time we had no problems waiting for the food especially since our waitress was very attentive to us and made sure we always had what we needed. Absolutely love going there we get great service and great food!
