   We made a reservation, came 10min early, and were seated right away. We sat at a cozy, hidden table by the emergency exit where we felt a draft. We were served quickly and the food (Heritage burger, Big Spenny burger) came out fast, fresh and hot. The fries have been changed for a thicker cut since our last visit. Everything tasted great and we highly recommend the truffle aioli. Our server was attentive despite our tucked-away seating and even gave us a fresh truffle aioli dip to take away with our leftover fries. We recommend this place as a casual date spot.

   Thank you for the short notice reservation - made 25 minutes before arriving. Plenty of free parking The food was good, very filling as 2 of us couldn’t finish our Cordon bleu me away burger. I was surprised with how busy they were for lunch! Always a good time at Bin 4 and looking forward to the next visit.

   The experience at bin 4 Burnaby was okay in my opinion. I felt like there was a lot of discomfort from with our server. Mainly because he was given a massive section to himself. Not his fault though, management should of thought about the a busy Friday night on valentines day. Our section where we sat was really messy. We weren't great until 13 min later. Our server had no support, our food looked like it stayed in the pass for a while before reaching our table. I only say this because the lettuce looked soggy and the chicken was very dry. Our server was very overwhelmed but handled it very well. Unfortunately management made the team short handed but letting one of the servers go home early to probably save on labour. I didn't complain, just left our server a great tip. Management needs to step up and buss tables, be more supportive to flip tables, assist hosts, and have better understanding of special days that have an impact on hospitality industries. They also need to have a wait section so people aren't blocking washrooms and fire exits (including front entrance)

   Our server was friendly and attentive. Food overall is good, except my mushroom burger and my mushroom dip are a bit too salty to my liking. That’s just a personal preference and I guess I should have ask them for no additional salt on my burger. We order the Dine out menu and felt we’ve got our money worth for sure.

   It’s a comfortable restaurant with very good service. Sent my tuna burger back to be fully cooked. They apologized for the wait but it came back in a reasonable amount of time. Pleasant staff and tasty burgers.

   I usually order the the Big Dipper and it’s fantastic. This time I had the pork fry bowl, lettuce wraps and a smash burger. Each bite was better than the last. The house earl grey iced tea was an excellent compliment to an excellent meal.

    Easy reservation with OpenTable. Plenty of parking. The service was good, and our server was readily available. I had brought a cake for the birthday boy and our server brought it out without being asked. We should’ve saved a slice for her. The birthday boy enjoyed our dinner there so much last year, that he wanted to go back this year. The only negative was that it was cool when we first arrived.
