“Our Cocktail Philosophy”

Billy After Dark cocktails are inspired by the twenty-four micro-seasons that define the flow of life in Japan. Enter a world where you are brought back to your best memories. Reminding you of that the feel & flow from each one.
Perfected classics like the Manhattan and Negroni, riffs on some of Japan’s most beloved cocktails such as the Whisky Highball, and even alcohol-free drinks influenced by ingredients such as yuzu, and umé round out the collection. Through all of this, we want everyone to indulge in enjoyable recollections of the past with our entire cocktail menu being named after great albums from the 90’s & 2000’s.

“Walking into Billy After Dark felt like stepping into another world—a perfect blend of mystery, energy, and charm. From the moment we arrived, the vibe was electric. The space is impeccably designed, with just the right amount of cozy intimacy and upbeat energy. Our server, Maddie, was phenomenal—attentive, personable, and had excellent recommendations. You could tell she genuinely loved what she was doing, and it made our experience all the more special. The food? Absolutely incredible. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, bursting with flavor, and perfect for sharing. It’s rare to find a place that nails both the food and the atmosphere so flawlessly. Hats off to the ownership and staff who have clearly poured their hearts into this place. They’ve created something truly exceptional—a fun, high-quality experience that works whether you’re celebrating with a big group or having an intimate night out. I can’t wait to come back!”

Our server was so kind and extremely helpful. Had a smile on her face the entire time. I have been multiple times and the service is always spectacular.

The food was unreal. I am not one to leave reviews but everything we got was so unique and flavorful. New favorite sushi spot.

To be honest, I was expecting only a slightly different menu than Billy Sushi.. it’s more limited. Staff was not flexible with modification of orders, we requested real wasabi and it showed up after we were done eating.. Cocktails were outstanding, though. Go here for light bites or a cocktail hour.

Vibe, service and food were exceptional. Open space with close tables and music level made it quite loud inside. Our server was a real pro, she made great recommendations as we had many questions. We should have asked about the size of the 35$ tuna as it was shockingly small for the price.

I happened upon this place while looking for a fun place for my birthday. I loved my drinks, the sushi rolls were packed with flavor and varying texture, and had the perfect service. Definitely a solid time, not too hard to find, and great vibes.

Love this place. Somehow, my reservation for four was not showing up, but the host accommodated us anyway. We had a great time. Terrific drinks, food, and service.
