The recently restored, Billson’s Brewery, in the heart of Beechworth, offers a family friendly menu featuring local produce and an extensive drinks menu including the full range of traditional cordials, classic sodas, hand crafted spirits, beers on tap and cocktails.

The regionally inspired menu is available across three unique dining spaces. The Taproom restaurant, boasting 16 taps, cushioned booths and expansive dining tables provides plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. While downstairs in the brewery cellar the Speakeasy bar will transport you back to the roaring 20’s. This moody, charismatic space offers intimate seating with classic leather chesterfield sofas and high-top tables, decadent glassware and antique charm. Or, make your way outside to the dog friendly Beer Garden, decked out with misters and heaters providing the perfect climate control all year round.

What a great little brewery! Amazing staff and food was top notch. I highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat if you are in the area.

Such a great time! We specifically booked the speak easy as it is the 18+ room. As a group of adult's we could relax and enjoy our time there. The prices were reasonable and the drinks were delicious! We’d definitely come back again

Such a cool experience! I’m a big fan of Billsons drinks so coming here I had huge expectations and they were met. We did the brewery tour and it was so fun, interactive and interesting! Being able to access the retail space before doors open was a good thing too. Tasting all the liquors and cordials before the rush was definitely worth it Booked for lunch when we booked the tour and I definitely recommend staying. Food was yummy. We even scraped a table in the speak easy after our lunch. It’s stunning and the atmosphere was spot on. All staff are happy to help and clearly happy to be there. Thank you Billsons team!

Not the billsons we remember. Seemed very flat and uncertain. Two the theee dishes we had were fine. Stay away from the meatball sub the meatballs were very rubbery and chewy

Food and Service was fantastic. Staff friendly, place was very clean. It was busy however they had enough staff to cater for it.

Service wasn’t friendly. Walked in and said we had a booking and was sent to some lady who said yeah over there and pointed rudely. Tasting room was fun and got to try some we had been excited to try after seeing all the fun and friendly Instagram videos! We ordered the wings, not good. Overall was quite disappointed and wouldn’t rush back or highly recommend.

Food and service was great but I did try to phone three times no answer and I left a message they did not respond we were seated near the back where there was an open door so it was very cold and draughty it was only 5 degrees on Saturday.there was no sugar free drinks for me asa diabetic

The tour was great The tastings were great Food was mostly great Service was quick Staff lovely and attentive Loved the shop -it was so bright (all the products are the prettiest colours) and so much choice. So many flavours we’d never heard of! We came home with some yummy cordials, some very yummy gin and a bottle of flavoured vodka. Highly recommend the black rose and orange blossom vodka with soda it is refreshing and delicious! We will be back to Bilsons brewery very soon!
