Warm welcome received pre booking request noted and given choice of table. Waitress friendly professional and provided excellent service. I mentioned a couple would be joining us for a drink later she reserved the table next to us. Voucher for free bottle of prosecco honoured and birthday desert a total surprise. A great overall experience

Well done for backtracking on your “self service” approach. We had a very nice evening with the lovely Esmee serving us. Your serving staff are second to none in Newbury, Bill’s. You are definitely back on our go-to places to eat.

Happy hour treats - chicken & sesame dumplings paired nicely with the Lemon Malfy Gin all for £5 each. Ollie on the bar suggested mini cinnamon donuts to go well my flat white - an excellent recommendation 😋.

A great meal with very friendly staff. I had asked for a table at the front of the restaurant in the window when I booked; they didn’t manage it though. The ‘pot of tea for two’ was only about half full and the teabags must be waterproof! I’ll be asking for more water and at least 2 more teabags next time!
