Staff were super friendly and helpful. They looked after us and our dog fabulously. Our food was served quickly and all our special requests catered for. The food (breakfast) was all terrific.

Terrible experience. All staff members are new. There were 3 -4 other groups when we arrived. Two waitresses were busy having a chat and playing with their hair - took them around 5 mins to notice us. Drinks arrived with melted ice because it was sitting on the bar for so long, kitchen staff had to come out as repeated ringing of the bell as food was ready was ignored and food arrived cold. When I pointed out the issues to a manager and one member of staff in particular, she wasn't interested and had a giggle at the front door. Poor, poor service and will not be returning.

Unfortunately as we were placing our order for breakfast we were advised that there was a problem in the kitchen and no food was available!

The staff and food was really good. Perhaps placing parents with small children in one area together. I am afraid we had two families in very close proximity, both with children that we noisy and constantly wining and crying. Also the music was very very loud and in our opinion not the correct choice of music for a relaxing evening. Having no drinks on tap is A. Very Expensive. B. Restrictive of choice. I am not sure if every restaurant is the same but not a great experience. The plus side was the food was great as was the service.
