Ordered the chargrilled chicken which was overcooked and dry, mash was bland. I would recommend the chef’s special instead. Also ordered the brownie topped with ice cream for dessert but had way too much chocolate sauce. Service was very poor. We were given glasses but no tap water until we asked. Nobody checked with us if everything was ok. The servers just do not care as much. Took ages before our order got taken. As a food chain you expect the same experience at every branch, unfortunately Victoria Branch doesn’t compare to other branches we have tried. Will not go back.

Really appalling service, tons of staff who seemed determine to ignore us from the minute we arrived. I tried to get the bill while a group of 4 were chatting and on their phones... and even then was directed to QR code which wasn't appropriate as I was dining with my older mother.

Horrible experience. Reservation at 8:45pm. Can't get in until 9:10pm. Sat at the same table that was free at 8:45. after 20min, server take our order. 20min later, being told not more gas in the kitchen, we will have a little delay. OK. but after another 20 minutes I ask for the gas situation, "oh, yeah, no, it's gonna be minimum 1h for that. If i wouldn't have asked, we would still probably be there. Manager never came to see us to see if we would take something else to eat that didn't necessitate gas. Anyway, 1h30 after the initial reservation time arrival, we left, hungry. Servers and manager were clueless. Sad story

We took some overseas friends to lunch and Bills absolutely delivered. The ambience, food and service were simply excellent

Although our second waiter was lovely the first waiter that served us was awful, so miserable didn’t smile or greet us in any way. Was so dismissive whilst we were ordering.
