The gluten free blueberry pancakes where tough and hard and not very nice. Bread in the big brunch wasnt very nice either

The food was lovely. The menu isn't overly extensive but the food everyone ordered was lovely. I had sticky duck salad and calamari for starters which was cooked perfectly. The children ate for free with a paying adult (half term offer) which was great. They had a main, side and desert. The only complaint I have was a can of coke was £3.85 which is extortionate. It was a friends birthday and they brought out her dessert and sang to her which was a lovely touch. Service was great too. All in all a lovely meal and good service. I'd come again.

Wonderful staff, great quiet setting to recharge from a long day shopping. Food good but limited menu. Used to be much better choice on the old menu.

The Christmas Dinner was very dry. Had to order extra gravy but didn't enjoy it at all.

The service was good and the staff were very accommodating of our requests for our children. We were let down when our food arrived 5 minutes after our order was taken. A Big Breakfast was made up of grey/uncooked bacon, stuck together and not put in the microwave for very long, a single Cumberland sausage that tasted like wet toast, some cold button mushrooms, luke warm beans, fried potatoes, 2 fried eggs and stale bread. The eggs were the only reasonable items that seemed to have been cooked on the day. A real shame.

Had some lovely meals in Bills but on most recent starters were lovely but main meals were cold and had to send them back, even then they weren't that much hotter on return. Staff were attentive and freindly but we requested they remove the 10% service charge they include on the bill due to the food quality.
